Referral considerations indicated on cards for imbalance beyond certain prism diopters or balance beyond specified esophoria and exophoria ranges.

Near and Distance Phoria Test cards have option of LED light (LED100) attached with set screw allowing you to hold unit by the light itself. Light is push on/off. Can change battery without removing from card.
