Rules of thumb with this test:
Level 4 or less: suffer from severe loss or are legally blind.
Level 5-8: suffer significant loss and contrast enhancement.
Level 9-12: Have noticeable loss and need lighting evaluation.
Level 13-16: have a near normal contrast sensitivity Conditions affecting Contrast Sensitivity: Age, Glaucoma, MS, Parkinsons, Papilloedema.
