Cardiff Acuity Test Set™ with 36 cards and occluding glasses An upgrade for the Cardiff Acuity Test™ is now offered to meet the differing needs of Pediatric vs. Low Vision patients (Item #: NCATSLVU). The Low Vision upgrade kit includes a set of 3 cards each of levels A, LVB and LVA plus three red dividers. The standard set covers 12 acuity levels from 20/160 to 20/12.5. This version also include a pair of 4608R Butterfly foamy occluding glasses. The Low Vision set covers 14 levels from 20/320 to 20/12.5. There are three cards at each of these acuity levels. Intended for test distances of 1 meter and 50 cm. Cards are laminated and measure 7 3/4 by 10 1/2 in (20 by 27 cm) and are labeled by acuity level equivalents in decimal, meters, feet, Snellen and LogMAR for both test distances.

This test assesses a child's functional vision at near distances. Can also be used to familiarize child with testing procedure before introducing a distance test. Proportionally spaced (logMAR) lines on one side and more tightly- spaced symbols on the opposite side. Line sizes range from 20/400 to 20/10 (6/120 to 6/3) equivalent, 0.05 to 2.00. Response key printed on test card. Includes training cards and instructions. Card measures 8" x 10" (20.3 cm x 25.4 cm).

Vectographic Projector Slide Pediatric Slide This pediatric projector slide test depth perception and binocularity under distance conditions. The top portion of each slide is a standard non-vectographic projector slide. The bottom portion is a vetographic slide that contains suppression control targets, a distance stereo acuity test, fixation disparity and binocular balance. Slide fits most AO and Marco projectors, and there are adaptable to a 10' or 20' lane. REQUIRES POLARIZING SCREEN.

The Sheridan-Gardiner Test contains both near vision and distance vision tests according to the Faculty of Ophthalmologists and Snellen Standards. This Test also includes a reduced Snellen Test. Testing depends on matching shapes rather than identifying or naming letters. All are reversible. The Sheridan Gardiner Test is primarily designed for children but is also usable for deaf mute or other patients unable to interact with traditional letter based visual acuity tests. Results are more reliable than illiterate E or similar tests. A series of orthoptic booklets in washable plastic finish are included with the basic kit to augment the range of letters in each size.
